Re-Mortgaging Process

Stage 1

 

Once you have agreed the mortgage with the relevant financial Institution we arrange to collect your title deeds from your current Financial institution if applicable.

 

Stage 2

 

Your Bank will send us on the mortgage pack and on receipt of same we arrange an appointment for you to come in and sign the relevant forms. We then send your documents to the bank and request draw-down of monies.

 

Stage 3

 

On receipt of monies from your bank we discharge all existing mortgages and charges. We then furnish you with the balance monies remaining on account.

 

Stage 4

 

We then proceed to register your new mortgage with the Property Registration Authority or Registry of Deeds whichever is applicable. Once the mortgage has been registered we return your deeds to your new financial institution.
